Delayed student permit

i applied online on may 12 2018 for my student permit and my common law partner’s open work permit and I checked the processing time on the website it says that it will take 4 weeks for the student permit and 3 weeks for the open work permit but until now my application has not yet been processed. I’m worried about our application.

Those times are averages not guatantees it not uncommon for it to take even twice as long. You can send an inquiry using the IRCC webform if you want.
