DELAYED PASSPORT SUBMISSION NOTIFICATION

Hello!

I am new in the forum.

I have to friends who are sisters who pretty much have the same profile. Received their ITAs 1st quarter of 2016. One received her passport submission in September 2016 and she did her soft landing in December 2016. The other sister, up until now, did not receive the passport submission notification. Their representative sent numerous follow-ups but the updates only say that it is still under processing. Her medical validity was extended until September or November 2017.

Anyone who has gone through the same issue?

Can anyone suggest any steps that need to be taken?

Yes we understand it varies... but 7 months difference from her sister... in total 13 months of processing... don't you think it's too long?

they are 2 separate individuals with 2 separate identities and will be treated separately in their application.
