What could likely be the reason of delayed application for visitor visa extension besides the ongoing pandemic?
I applied 2 months before my visitor’s visa expires but then Covid struck. At the time, my passport that i used was still valid but while on process my passport expired. I used that because my new passport was not yet available and COVID unfortunately made situation worse. They asked me to upload it which i did right away. I regularly visit my online account and have sent a couple of email asking about the progress and status. They reassured me that it is still in progress. The supposed extension already elapsed and i still have not received - final decision and so i could not reapply for another extension?
I came here as a visitor and have been reapplying for extension bec of the a series of exams i am taking.
Any advice?
