I have my OWP sent on December 3,2015 and according to the call centre agent they already sent an email to the officer who will do my application to fasten the processing of my application. they can find though my application for PR and as well as my OWP app. my questio is how many weeks or days should I wait normally before I received it? Thank uu.!
why they are saying to wait till 3 months ?( I heard many cases that their owp got delayed because their application is not yet in their system but mine is very different right?

Who, the call center? The call center is very unreliable. Their go-to answer is "wait 3 months". That's what they told us too for an entirely unrelated issue.
Anyways, I'm just going by what the 2015 inland spreadsheet says, it seems people who applied in Dec. are getting their OWP's.

yes the call center agent told me to wait for 3 month before the officer will response on their email, but thats the worst case scenario. I saw the spreadsheet and a lot of december applicants got their owp. the good thing is they can see my PR and OWP application in their system. so hopefully by next week they will approve my OWp so that i can now work
I just sent an email to my MP and send him the screenshot of the AOR we received.
I called CIC regarding my OWP and he said that my OWP application is in Mississauga, what do you mean by that? and he sent another request to follow up my application.

3 months is what cic tells anyone who calls them. technically, once you call cic and they put in a request, they can not submit another request until after 90 days (or 3 months) pass. The owp is taking at least 4 months to get. this doesn't mean every one gets it exactly at 4 months. the time will probably go up and down based on factors such as a) the amount of applications received and b)how many people they actually have processing this specific owp.
