Delay in rome Visa office

Hi friends,
I applied for skilled worker in may 2010 to CIC sydney. I got reply from CIC sydney in Dec 2010 asking to submit all doc to rome VO, By that time I am already in Canada, Sent all doc to rome visa office Jan 2010, After that I have not received any reply from rome Visa office. do any of you have idea how long will it take to process my case?

Rome visa office sucks, you applied in Rome and you know they have 5 xxxx xxxxxxxx employees. I am still waiting to get any response from them too, there are people out there which their e-cas showing IN PRO. and waiting for 8 months....one of my friends submitted there in 2009 and got visa in 2011. welcome to "xxx xx xxxxxxxx"

Well their posted processing time for 80% of the applications is 15 months.

that's not reliable !

it seems Indians are lucky, however it is written 15 months for them, they got their visa less than a year.
