Deferred Intake

Hi ,
I applied my visa for Jan 2021 but due to covid I didn’t received Visa before the start date of my Course, so I deferred it to may2021.
i got my visa in March 2021.But it is according to the jan intake. My course started in may 2021 and ends in sep 2022 and i have visa till sep 2022. So I didn’t get the 90 days extra which ircc gives above the Course completion.
What should i do in this case?
