hii guys,I am from India and I got an acceptance letter from Concordia for January 2017 but I want to defer it to May 2017. I have filled the deferral form but I don't know how to pay $25 deferral fee. Can someone help me with where to pay it and how to pay it?

same is my situation, i need to defer to september intake, do you know the proper procedure? please share
