Hi everyone. I am an Indian citizen.I was supposed to join for the 2 year course inSept 2019 and I have received my Visa also. But due to a medical emergency, I won't be able to join this session and I have already informed the same to the college admissions dept. and they assured me that I will be deferred to the next intake, i.e. January 2020.
My student Visa expiry date is 30th July 2021. So for the 2 year program which I am about to join, the course is expected to end by the year 2022. (2020-2022). So what should I do to extend the validity of my student Visa. Should I inform the same to the VFS (India) office right now or should I apply for renewal before 30th July 2021 while I am in Canada.? I read several posts but couldn't clarify my doubt. Somebody help me.
