Hi,

1. No need to apply again if the first study permit is valid and not expired.
2. Must apply again for a new TRV; if the first one is expired.
3. Must apply for a 'letter of deferral' (a new LOA).

Hi Enfield, I have got a question for you mate.

I got visa in December 2011 but I had a motorbike accident and I had to defer course until September 2012. I requested my college to send me a deferral letter, I think its in process. So tell me what I have to do? Do I have to apply for a fresh visa or send my passport to CHC Delhi for changes to visa dates or simply fly to Canada with a deferral letter. I look forward to your reply.

Cheers

Jay

Can anyone help please
