Defer to January intake

I got a rejection few days ago in Lambton college. I want to defer my application to January 2021 intake... but college will start defer process after 25th September. Should I wait for that or go with a new 2 stage application today ?

Don't reapply before GCMS notes. You need to understand the concerns of visa officer. Just defer your admission to winter term and order GCMS asap.

You can only ask to defer if you have been accepted to a program.
