Defer my admission to Winter 2022 or wait for IRCC decision and take my classes online (even if it means paying my tuition fees)?

Hi guys. Please help me with a dime advice. I start classes on September 9th in Canada (Fall, 2021), and I have to pay my tuition fees until September 17th. I applied for my Study Permit on May 6th, but I still haven't got an update from my medical exams. Do you think I should wait for an answer, while I take the classes online (and pay for my tuition fees) or better I defer to winter 2022? If I defer, will there be a problem with more delays until January 2022, or does that take less than an application from scratch? I just need to upload my new LOA? Could this affect my PGWP?

While final decision is totally up to you, but time remaining until Sept 9th is very limited. I would wait until end of Aug and defer
