Hello,

I have received ITA approximately 30 days ago (with 465 CRS), however, I could not get work reference from my ex-employer since management has changed and even though I tried really hard, it was not possible due to complications in that company.

I have decided to decline ITA and apply with another work experience I have, that I didn`t claim last time, since I thought it was not necessary. Thankfully, I managed to get references from this second employer. Normally, I wanted to have these papers in my hand before I decline ITA, to not make the same mistake.

When I decline it, can I completely change work experience in this existing express entry profile or is it advisable to make a new one? If I make a new one I will also be longer in the pool (this existing profile is from September)?
Just to mention my score will drop to 460 in November, but I hope there is still a chance.

I would be really grateful for your answers :)

Hi,
I’m in a similar situation. Does changing the work experience information cause any issues later ?
Thanks!
