Declining an ITA question

Hi, has anyone declined an ITA yet and if so, can you go back and make amendments to your EE profile if you did or do you have to start a whole new profile? I made a mistake in my original profile and think I will have to do this

I declined an ITA at the start of this month. Went back and fixed some entries in my EE profile and resubmitted.

Got another ITA yesterday

Can anyone help me with this:

After you decline and re-submit your profile, did you ans yes to the following Question?

Did X applied to Express Entry before?

If you replied yes, then you have to put your EE file number, What is that?
