I make payment for Canadian study permit,,,it say DECLINED- TRANSACTION NOT APPROVED- please print this page and keep it as your transaction receipt ... after I click on the return button,,, it says YOUR PAYMENT is being processed, this can sometimes takes up to 24 hours. If your payment was successful you will receive a message in your account with your confirmation number and link to your official payment receipt
