Decline FSW to CEC

Hi everyone, I received the ITA under FSW, I wanna decline it. I saw someone change his profile in this way so that he is under only CEC:Reduce fund to less that 12,000$. Change to NO where you are asked if you have a job offer, even if you have a job that you are currently working on. If you have LMIA then you cant change.

Is it the way to change to CEC?

Yes. it will, as you go against all the mandatory requirements for FSWP.
