i received an ITA under PNP and applying for a PR, i did not declare my previous marriage in visitor visa back in 2016 and 2018 when i applied two times, this is because i never lived together with spouse and due to religiously and personally i didn't consider it as marriage, however i applied for divorce in US just to keep the record for USA immigration and divorse was granted on sepetmebr 2015, i remarried on march 2017 and now have two kids, when i applied for open work permit back in 2023 from USA, they didnt ask for this information, i want to include it now in my PR application with letter of explanation and divorce confirmation on why i didnt include in visitor visa, will this be considered as miss representation ? and cause PR refusal ?
