declaration of non accompanying parent

Hi everyone,

I am about to make my sponsorship with my spouse and with her child. May I pls ask anybody having experience about the declaration of non - accompanying parent where in we could not find the person or the biological father. we have a court order about the custody and the abandonment of the biological father to my wife's child. my wife and the biological father is not married..

Hi

If the mother has a court order giving her complete custody, then the declaration is not required. She has full legal rights to move the child to Canada.
