Decision on Work Permit Extension delayed extensively due to Covid.

Hi all,

My employer applied for my WP extension in the month of March. Till now no updates. I have few queries related to it.

1. Its more than 6 months since i applied for extension. How soon i can expect the decision?

2. My current WP is expired on May 2020. Is my current stay in Canada is legal with expired WP and extension in progress? If so, how long i can stay?

Mine too I submitted on march, on update yet.. yes you can stay as long as you have application on process. You can stay until the result of your application
