Decision mail about my application

Good morning, I applied for visit visa during 2019 and got refusal. however I am not able to trace the email received from emigration. i have only the receipt of the application with me. currently wish to apply again for visit visa. how i can get the old decision letter?.

You probably can't and you don't need it. Just make sure you declare the refusal in your application.
