Hello,
Decision made status is updated once you pass your Citizenship test/Interview and the Citizenship officer has made their decision to grant or revoke your Canadian citizenship. The officers are supposed to tell you during your interview about their decision in regards to your application and once that's done they update it on the ECAS system.
And as for the Oath ceremony, you will receive a notice 2-3 months after you pass the test/interview. Rest assured your oath notice will be within the 12-month Citizenship grant processing timeline. For example: If you applied in May 2018 your Oath Ceremony will be held in May 2019 or earlier.

Depending where your local office is, the oath invite could be WITHIN 3 months after you got DM.
Currently, here in Edmonton office, I would say it’s a 4-5 week trend after DM.
Got my DM JANUARY 23rd then I received my oath invite today. (Feb.25) for March 21 oath ceremony.
One applicant also from Edmonton office got DM JANUARY 9, got invite FEB.19 for March 12 oath.

Hi all,
I passed my citizenship test in mid of April and the officer said he had no concern for this case. We are good to go for the ceremony within 6-8 weeks of time. But still today, I see that my status has not been changed to "Decision Made". What could be the reason, please? In the past, I saw many people getting their decision made just within 1 day of passing the test. Please share your thoughts. Worried! Thanks a lot for your two cents.
