Decision has been made on my application.. Can somebody tell me how will embassy contact me(email,phone?) and how long would it take them to contact me?

I got DM on Jun 23rd and received COPR 7-10days after.

I am in Canada( VO: Manila) and learned VO would mail COPR through DHL.
So I called DHL and asked if there is a package to my address and there is.
I got a tracking no. from agent and keep checking out the package online.

OMG it took over two years? Did you have some type of complication with your application? Congrats

hmm one doesn't need to have complicated application, being Pakistan origin is enough. 2011-2013 cases were like that. since 2014 cases things are bit better.

It was more then 2 years.. Almost 31 months..

my cic Permanent Residence Application Status shows Decision made i was also received pre arrival services letter on 14 march . how long will it takes to get Passport request . ??
