Decision made on ECAS

I checked my ECAS this morning and found the following information on it...

We received your application for permanent residence on May 27, 2011.
We started processing your application on July 13, 2012.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.


My file was transfered to Seattle on March 8/12. Does this mean my application is rejected. Please reply.

No, it does not mean it was rejected (nor does it mean it was accepted - you have to wait to hear what they have to say). Give it another week before panicking. PPRs sometimes come by snail mail, sometimes by email...
