decision made, no passport request yet

im applying under family class, my aunt is sponsoring me. visa office Manila

i haven't receive my passport request letter yet.

what does this mean? is this a good or a bad sign?

Most likely it means that your aunt was accepted as a valid sponsor, same thin happen to me, my wife is sponsoring me, we received a letter from them saying that she was accepted as a valid sponsor. Best of luck

sometimes they updated the ecas first before you receive the letter and they didn't tell you anything specific in ecas,only the basic..

maybe the request is on the way now..hope for the best...

hello guys.. I am just wondering how long it takes for you to receive an interview letter after you got your open work permit? My husband and I are planning to go on vacation outside canada on dec but I am hesitant to go coz they might send me the letter while I am on vacation.. Some people said they changed the rules that it will take a year now to get the pr card..Is it true?

So did you get the letter, how long it took to receive the letter from the Decision made date ?

Decision made after medicals received but no Passport request and no letter yet.

in my opinion, if they have not yet asked for your PP it could only mean 3 things:

(1) interview request

(2) PP request

(3) a rejection
