As I expected , it was a rejection. I realized using my GCMS note but no rejection letter yet. haha , that`s funny. Anyway , the reason was just like all other RAs , "nothing distinguishes the study from work" ! Anyway, I have a job now so I guess I will reaplly in 6 month (when I gain 1 year exp). Thanks for your replies.
I am so surprised now ! I got an email in the morning from Ottawa that "decision made" means your file is under review !
Then after 2hours , I received RPRF and Bio data email ! and after 5 minutes my Medical Request email ! How is that possible !???
My GCMS note said eligibility failed !

That`s more than Awesome ! I was preparing myself to apply again as Process Engineer (my current job) after 6 month (so I will be having 1 full year experience) !

Congrats!! Same thing happened to me in regards to RA/TA. I guess it has something to do with already working (Electrical Engineer) and not wasting their time redoing the whole process again next year.

My PR was turned down although they ask to pay removal cost and arc. They claim that my charges which is more than 15 yrs ago. They still deny. So when u see no medical requested and decision was made. Its a rejection. Even if your medical expired more than two years ago. Also when the line status dissappear in ecas and you see your name only. Then a few days later you cannot be found in ecas .they have removed you from the system. And u been rejected. I don't knlw what else to do at this point. In the reject letter. The program manager in pos vo states this decision cannot be appealed. After waiting five years s and paying 20 000 in laywer fees $2000 rehab letter. 1500 removal cost . $400. Arc. $550. For application and unknown for shipping fedex. THE ANSWER is NO ! U cannot go back to your house you bought not the bed you bought for $4000
