My C/L spouse applied for PR in December, 2014. We were denied by Warsaw in September, 2015, but were successful at ADR in August, 2016. We submitted all the new documents, as requested by CPC-O in September, 2016. Today, I just checked ECAS and it says "Decision Made," but on My CIC, it says Background Check is still "In Progress" and Final Decision is "Not Started."
Anybody else ever see anything like this?
This happened to me as well - MyCIC updated a few days after with "This application has been approved" in the final decision section. I found the two out of sync a couple of times during the process. Oddly enough, the Background Check never updated to "Completed" (although my wife has now received her CoPR, visa, and landed).
They keep BG checks open until you land.
Thanks for the input, guys! I haven't been asked for any new documents, so I'm staying positive. *fingers crossed*

Huh? That's not my experience. My BGC shows as complete (I have CoPR). I suspect it is lax updating.....

It probably passed when you were sent your CoPR. As I mentioned in another thread, inland and outland BG checks happen at different stages.
Inland they start as soon as they open the application and remain ongoing until it's closed.
Outland they don't start them until the last stage.

Aaah! That would explain it - I am / was outland......
Same situation here!
Decision made in Ecas and for MyCIC that changed to Background check in progress. Documents are set to provided and the interview shows complete.
I hope for PPR soon for the both of us!
