next day of interview, I received letter about 4 point that VO was unsatisfying about. I send my replay with prove and documents within the 30 days, after one month of sent the documents my ECAS status changed to DM.
Did you ever do a medical exam, and you were expecting to have to re-do it because it expired? Or did you never do a medical at all?
You can not possibly get a PR approval without going through a medical exam. So if you received a DM after interview and the VO said they had concerns, and you have never done a medical exam, then unfortunately that is not a good sign.
You can hope and pray for the best, but you should really prepare yourself for the reality that your application will be denied and you will need to appeal (but hopefully i'm wrong).
