Decision Made after Passing Test

Hello,

I have a question and appreciate if some one can help with:

Once e-CAS is updated with "Decision made" (after passing the citizenship test), does that mean that no RQ (i.e., CIT 0520 or CIT 171) or electronic fingerprints is expected to be issued for the applicant? Is it only going to be a matter of time to receive the Oath Letter, once they have available slot for Oath Ceremony?
