The application was made on June 24 2008 under familiy class. Now we were waiting for Health exam request but website shows that "Decision has been made" What is the possibility? Anbody had same experience?
No, because we never received the Health Exam related Instructions from CIC Buffalo, NY. We were expecting for Health exam related instructions from CIC Buffalo but on Friday online status of case turned into "Decision Made". Curious what is possibility behind this decision out of following 4:
Possibility 1: Approval and Health papers has been also dispatched from CIC Buffalo?
Possibility 2: Denial on Basis of any discretionery Ground?
Possibility 3: Interview is requested
Possibility 4: Additional document requested
We applied through Immigration Consultant & Lawyer in Toronto, All correspondence from CIC Buffalo, NY will be mailed to Consultant's Toronto address. Now we are wating to hear any news from consultant if he recieve any mail/letter from CIC regarding the "Decision Made" during coming week because website was updated on Friday.
Anybody had this kind of experience where decision was made before issuing Health Instructions?

If you had read the instructions, you would have seen that you had to submit proof of medicals with the application (spousal) So Buffalo is either going to request a medical or return your application as incomplete.

Yes, the instructions are quite clear: you need to undergo a medical examination before your submit your application and include proof of examination with your application. But you said that you used an immigration lawyer??? Wow, they should certainly have known that! I would for sure be on the phone with them and giving them an earful. I would be quite pissed off if I were you.
