I have a question about passport delivery. my wife visiting visa applied by VFS at Chennai(India). Then today we were tracking Id, then the result is "Decision envelope has been couriered from the Canada visa application centre".
That means how we were considering visa is ok or not ok. please advise me.Thanks

If passport was requested then visa was approved. Right? That’s why they requested the passport.
You should get the courier in a day with thr passport with thr visa stamped.
