Decision dispatched

Hi the singapore Canadian embassy recieved my application on 14/08/2018 and they now (23/08/2018) say the decision has been dispatched. Am i going to get any emails regarding what decision they took or am i going to have to find out by collecting my passport? Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
