Decision after procedural fairness letter (PFL)

Hello, I got a PFL yesterday about omitting us visa refusals, i only provided previous Canada refusal. I have 7 days to respond

You need to respond with a letter apologizing and outlining past refusals for all countries. Once submitted there are no timelines for response could be weeks or months.

I received it in July and responded 5 days later. Actually I have informed them my U.S visa refuals using IRCC webform after I noticed about this omission. But it seems they did not receive my webform. Still waiting for their decision.

I received PFL for not disclosing US visa refusal under 221 G which was actually not a refusal. I was told that i was approved and after that online status of US visa showed refused for 2 days and changed to approved afterwards. I didn’t even get a 221g slip. It found from my own research that my application went through administrative processing. But I ultimately got my visa approved in 2 days and received passport in 1 week. Since I got my visa approved without applying again. I put NO to question about past visa refusals. Anyone experienced the same?
