They process the medical results based on your AOR only, not based on the date the doctor submitted the medical results. Based on the trend, IRCC is processing the medicals for 3 or 4 Nov AORs

good to know! but surprisingly one of my friends got his Medical cleared just next day of AOR..

They are the few lucky ones! I saw in some threads where few folks got COPR is just around 3 months! What is your friend's AOR?

Thats true! It really depends on the office and immigration officer who processes your file...

His AOR was mid November..

The sources (yes, plural) are the posts on this board where people report their AOR and their MEP. It is usually anywhere between 45 to 60 days after AOR. In my case, AOR July 31. MEP/BIL Sept 16.

You can also look on myimmitracker to see the trend. Those are also self reported timelines.

I'd say those sources are pretty dang accurate.

Hi Suraj,

UCI doesnt start with "CAN0000" if you are already in canada or earlier applied for any visa (visitor/study/work permit). If this is the first time you are applying, then ur UCI starts with CAN0000. I hope my answer helps you.
