Guys, I am curious what moving to IP2 stage means. My timeline is as follows

Aor - 16Dec 2018; BGC was NA

Med - 28Jan 2019; BGC was IP1

BGC moved to IP2 on 01 Feb 2019, message reads your background check is in progress...”

What does this mean? Have I cleared the eligibility check? Am I undergoing security check and will get my PR soon?
