Dear Seniors,
I am an applicant of FSW-1, NOC-4131, my e-CAS showing 'in process' since 15 Feb 2011. I have filed my application on 12 Dec, 2009 and got first acknowledge letter on 27 January, 2010. I was requested to submit original IELTS score on 20 August, 2010 and submitted it to Seoul VO on 27 September, 2010. My new baby arrived on 27 January, 2011 and I did inform to the VO only through e-mail after arrival of my baby, because preparing documents for baby take some time. I could not get any response from the VO except an auto response explaining that they will answer my query within 28 days. I sent the necessary documents of baby after 1 month of his arrival for updating my application. They didn't send me any response whether they received the documents or not.
My question is that, I have changed my employer though the job position is same as application period but the employer is different. The job was changed on October, 2010 but I did not inform to the VO as it was not asked in the 2nd AOR. I am now confusing whether I needed to inform them or not? Or do I have to inform them now? Does this misunderstanding effect my application process? Please advise me, what should I do at this moment? Thank you in advance.

My status and yours same "In-process" I applied in end of November 2009 and sent all documents on time.
Ok now remember once you changed your employer you have to inform with cover letter to your local VO , I seen that you not informed yet.
best practice to move your file fast you have to take care of all steps, please inform your VO that you changed your employer and now your current employer is ABC company and send proof of employement to VO.
Look I renewed my passport last month I informed VO and sent notarized photocopies to my local VO. this is the not mandatory but when VO realized that my passport is different then submitted and VO will ask us to submit new passport and this process takes time, ultimately our file process will delayed.... better inform VO about your new job.

Thank you very much Omm for your kind suggestion. I'll do follow your instruction, but still worrying about my negligence whether the VO will consider it or not, because I should inform them as soon as I changed my job. What do you say mate? Please take me out of this illusion.

Great, it's good for us if we inform VO on time to delay our file status, don'tworry you can inform VO now too.
only the problem is delay your PR progress when VO make inquiry for your employement, and your new employer will respond that you not working with them then VO will ask to update your employment status if you work with new employer or un-employed, this process delay your file upto sevaral days. So, I suggest you to inform VO when you get time.

Thank you very much mate. I further would like to ask for a favor, I am confusing about explaining the cause of late inform to the VO. In fact, it is clearly explained in the 2nd AOR that we should inform to them if there is a change in our personal circumstances: such as birht of a child....etc. I misunderstood that and didn't consider on personal circumstance clearly however changing job, traveling home or another country are all belonging the personal circumstances. So, please guide me mate what will be the perfect explanation for late inform to the VO because I am afraid of showing my negligence to them. Thank you in advance.
sushilmuna.
please guide me seniors because I am planning to send updating information to the VO by tomorrow. Thank you in advance.

sushilmuna.
Birth of child , pregnancy of Primary applicant, accident, move abroad etc circumstances you have to inform VO ASAP bases, but about employment if you inform late it's ok no big deal or nothing to worried.
OMM
Thank you very much mate, I got relief now reading your suggestion. I'll let them inform by tomorrow sending the necessary documents. Best of luck to all of us.
