It is 99.9999% rejection, you can't do anything really until you know why they rejected you so just wait for the rejection letter.
What NOC did u apply with?
bhavesh111111 - wait for CHC to send you communication. If we go by the face value of e-cas then it is a rejection. Could you share with us if you don't mind that was there any week point in your case ?

my NOC is 9212
i havent any weak point except my reference letter
i havent job duties on my reference letter.
so i send explanation letter why my employer dont give me reference letter with job duties and also describe job duties on the same letter
thats the reason i guess.
so can i file appeal againt this if that is the reason?

You will have to wait till you get the refusal letter and you can send more documentary evidence to the program manager stating that you are not satisfied with the rejection and would want your file assessment to be done again..very less chances that they might re open it.
