My file reached to CHC New Delhi on 12/03/2010, Earlier my status with old file no. (allot by CIO, NS) was showing "Received by Visa Office" sudden it changed to below menitoned message. Now I have earlier got new file number from CHC, New Delhi but the same status I am finding when I use that one too? I am also input my information correctly.

What would be the reason? Did it anything serious, Kindly suggest what should I do?

It has happend with a lot of members who have reported similar kind of error message like this one. Do not worry its the online server error and happens some times. I know it causes worry but give it some time and wait for the server to refresh it.
