1. The name in My iqama and passport is not same ,Saudi passport department Entered my Grand father's name In between my name does it will create any problem while translating and if so what can i do to solve it.
2.My wife stayed with me here in Saudi for couple of yrs presently she is in India working what is the procedure to get Her PCC for Saudi .
3. Is it necessary to send the Original Transcript from the College or Attestation from embassy will do ?

1. What's your citizenship? Indian or Saudi?
2. I'm not sure about the KSA-PCC procedure, am aware that they r a bit finicky when it comes to issuing it for a non-resident. Pls check with them.
3. As of now, original univ. transcripts r a must [the guide says so]. However, many got away with notarized copies as well.

thank you for the prompt reply ! Am an Indian . and i will try to send some one to my college to get original transcript.but what about my 2nd query . i already mentioned that Saudi passport department entered my grand father name in between my name so it bit different from passport name does it will create any problem if so how to fix it and i know its a common practice in saudi passport department to enter the name this way i know many ppl with same problem and now CIC guideline says overseas resident must translate the resident permit and send along with last exit entry visa

I agree with Qorax. Your name in the iqama should not affect your PR application as it is valid only in KSA and for residency purposes. I dont think other countries pay much attention to such things.
However, having said that. your name in your passport should match with the one on your birth certificate, college degree or any other official document your present...
Regarding PCC from KSA, the best thing to do is to directly ask the local authorities there for the procedure to gain it. If your wife's residency has expired it might be difficult to issue her a PCC. However, there is no harm in giving it a try. As I said, just ask KSA authorities.
To be on the safe side, if I were you I'd submit original transcripts.
