deadlines for MSc Computer Science thesis based???

I want to know whether I can still apply to Concordia University for MSc Computer Science thesis based or not. What are the deadlines for international students?
Also, suggest some other Universities whose deadlines are not passed yet.

All the deadlines for Fall are passed, you can email at concordia and see if they are still accepting the application.

FYI concordia takes more than 2 months to give out decision.
I applied around Jan 15 and still waiting up for the decision.
