my gic account is opened and even i transferred money to my account but i did not get my gic certificate , so can i apply for visa with receipts given by scotia bank , because deadline for visa drop box is 1st august .(spp college seneca)
my account opened on 22nd july
transferred money on 23rd
is the dead line for visa drop box for spp colleges is 1st august or not

You cannot apply with the receipt.you have to wait for GIC.
