Daycare subsidy

Hi all,

I have some queries regarding day care subsidy...

I moved to Canada with PR status in May 2013...due to the birth of my twin daughters i had to move back to my home country in March 2014. Im planning to go back to CAnada with my family in July 2015.
I had filed my income tax returns in 2014 while I was in canada though i had no income ( as i was not working)
I have not filed any returns in 2015 as im still out of country.

now my doubt is...
1. Whether I will be eligible for daycare subsidy after i go back to canada without IT returns of 2015
2. what will be the conditions for reapplying day care subsidy as im planning to work aft landing in canada
3. will i be able to file my IT returns in July 2015?
4. If yes, will I be eligible for CCTB?
