My CRS score is 319, and i'm not eligible for FSW as well, because i only have 66 points.
As i know, there are 60 immigration options as mentioned in canadavisa.com. So, my question is that should i take the help from Mr. David Cohen? Do you guys think that he can help me in any possible way?

I studied computer systems and networking for 2 years in Newfoundland. This was a diploma course. Then qualified for a 3 year PGWP which is an open work permit. Currently employed as a software tester. If you don't have a good CRS score, i would recommend studying if you can afford it. International student rates are far higher than normal rates
College of the north atlantic in st johns. If you go to their website, it will show the available courses and the cost for international students. You can also email the international student advisor for further info. You can work 20 hours a week. You have to show at least 10k over and above study fees as well.
