Date of Test Results

My original Date of Test Results is June 15 2018 but that copy of IELTS paper is a little bit damaged since it was folded around my passport number and it is not visible so I got a new copy of IELTS paper but in that there is a new date, which is February 7 2018. Which date should I mention on EE Profile under Date of Test Results? I have ITA and have used June 15 2018 already. Should I use the same and upload both copies and explain in LOE?
