Date of forms sent to Visa Office

Just a quick query.
Forms are being sent to CIO later this afternoon by DHL (docs signed and dated 15/03/2010). Assuming application is eligible for further processing and sent to Visa Office, what date should go on on the second set of sapplication forms which must be signed again?
