Date of Birth Certificate Without Name- What are options available?

Hi,
I have a birth certificate written in my native language Hindi and it doesn’t have my name on it! I spoke to one certified translator and he told he can translate it to English but cannot add name to it. He said that 90% of BC are without name and if supported by other documents like school records, passport etc, are completely acceptable.
Looking for some suggestions and comments on this. Is it ok to Submit date of birth certificate without name along with supporting documents?

I have a similar problem. I search a bit and people have suggested that an affidavit will work. But I"m just not sure if that still holds true, because those suggestions are pretty old.
