Dalhousie University Pending Application Status

I've applied to Dalhousie University for Masters and its been 2 months without any status update. It says written notification to follow. I've mailed them and replied me saying were busy with new starters and going to update soon. how much time should I wait for more? am I rejected?

i'm still pursuing btech n have applied for conditional offer letter . will pass out in may 18. btech currently 70%. i am still in doubt whether they give me addmission or not.

Even o applied for Dalhousie...internetworking program September 2018 ...on March 1st I got a mail stating that they received my documents
