I got a case pending for the US immigration however I’m out of the US right now. My US attorney said it would be ok if I go to Canada. But my husband who’s a US citizen wants a working permit since it’s included if I take a co-op program. When applying for student visa, Can I just put “DACA “ instead of saying overstay? Daca is for people who have legal status and is allowed to work in the US.

Given your immigration status in the USA, it's unlikely that you would be granted a TRV of any kind for Canada. The perceived risk of claiming refugee status or overstay (whether justified or not) is likely to be a block. What passport do you hold?

Japan and I was told from immigration consultant that it shouldn’t affect getting study permit. I was able to visit Canada with my Passport last year. Should it be ok? What should I do?

Look - your questions have been answered repeatedly. I'm not sure this forum can be of any further help to you. Since you still seem very unsure what to do - I think the best option would be to hire an experienced immigration lawyer to assist you.
