My lawyer insist on putting my current work experience in work history section, and he said we cannot only put it in the personal history section. And he said if we don't want to provide materials for that, we just put a letter of explanation in that section saying that this work experience has no contribution where supposed to upload those supporting documents.
Based on the discussions on our forum, I guess this is not the case. If we don't want to declare this experience, we just put it in the personal history right?
But is my lawyer right? He says if we don't put it in the work history, it will cause misrepresentation? And is it okay put a LOE in that section?
It's not misrepresentation if you declare it after ITA in personal history. There's lots of people here who have pr and didn't put it in their ee. My current work experience doesn't do anything for my points as its been less than 6 months and I'm still on probation - so they won't issue me a letter even if I ask.
