I am a Dual Resident. I am also living in USA where I am working and wife is, so I have that address. I also pay my taxes in Canada and have bank accounts all tied to address in Ontario. Is it ok to put both Canada and USA address as current addresses? Because I am still paying taxes as resident of Canada too. This is as part of my Citizenship application, there's a field to mention Current address.

Paying taxes is different from physical presence. If you have met the RO (amongs other requirements), you could apply. Current address cannot be both. You are not physically in two places at the same time.
How did you finish 1095 days while dividing time between the US & Canada? If you commute daily, your residence is in Canada and you can use that address. See post above for a similar query.
