i had applied for Quebec immigration on 18 July 2013 from India and i received my file no. in Nov 2013. After that there is no reply till now,
if any one know ,when i will be called for interview or when i will get csq please help me.

I am new to this forum, so forgive me if my ques doesnt make sense and any kind of help will be highly appreciated.
So here it is: I intend to apply for FSW in Marketing and advertising category. I got WES ECA report that says " bachelor's degree from a non-recognized university". I did engineering from Amity University Noida, UP. and it is recognized by UGC, AICTE, NAAC etc. but it is not listed in WES website.
I have requested for a review with WES but not much hopeful about it.
Do I have a chance to apply for ECA with CES or ICAS?? or will it be the same outcome with them as well and be just a waste of more time and money??
