Hi,

I am currently working in Quebec and I have a Lima .I have applied for CSQ Through Mon project and waiting for it for last 3 months.

I would like to know the following things :-
1. Am I allowed to apply for federal PR living and working in Quebec ?
2. Is it legal apply for federal with the CSQ application is in process ?
